We played a pivotal role in supporting the Council's customer experience strategy and digital program.
How we did it
We supported Council's customer experience strategy and digital program by providing service design leadership. We collaborated closely with the executive team to design and implement the service improvement program. Additionally, we led the project team in redesigning online experiences for customers booking facilities, offering comprehensive solutions for planning and building services, and enhancing the overall service through content optimisation, process improvement, and successful implementation.
